We fell in love with Costa Rica for its perfect weather, spectacular views, enchanting wildlife and gorgeous beaches.

Ocho Artisan Bungalows is the exotic fruit of our love and labors. It was designed to offer ultimate comfort, along with the heart lifting effect of its closeness to nature and the ocean.

Floor-to-ceiling windows lets in the full majesty of the view . The decks and dining areas are fitted with custom made furniture of the finest Guanacaste wood. We are sure that you will walk away with a memorable experience!

First of all, the people make this place so special and make their guests feel like friends, while assisting with making your trip as fun and relaxing as possible. Priscilla was amazing with lining up our activities for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience. We did the catamaran, jungle trip with sloths, Rio Celeste waterfall, nature hike, and coffee/cacao tour and she arranged everything for us. She also arranged our rental car to Playa Negra and Playa Avallana. Mauricio, Lourdes, and Paulo took such good care of us with breakfast and drinks at the beach club. You can tell by their genuine smiles and welcoming attitudes that they truly love that you are there. The bungalows are so unique, nice and comfortable. The food is amazing as well! I would highly recommend staying here. Aside from the amazing people and accommodations, you cannot beat the location. There is a great surf shop next door and is just a few minutes walk from the surf breaks. You can also easily get to the shops and restaurants via the beach or the street. It is only about 50 yards from where you get on the boats for fishing, catamarans and other ocean activities. Finally, to top it all off, you can catch the beautiful sunset right from your chair at the beach club.

Rooms were already booked, but beacfronly restaurant was open. We came every day for the ambiance and the people.  Jimmy, Sean, Marco, Kenya, Lourdes,  Melanie, and everyone else there was super accommodating.  They welcomed me each day and served the best food I tasted in Costa Rica.  Love you and cannot wait to return. They offer 1 bdrm bungalow thru an entire house. Pristine grounds and the most accommodating staff members on earth. ❣️

The bungalows are so enchanting, a rainforest buddha vibe yet a quick walk to the beach. The staff was so AMAZING!!!  Marco, Lordes and Priscilla were welcoming, charming and so accommodating! The CR breakfast was delicious! And the sauce the chef makes could be sold, so yummy! We enjoyed the happy hour during our stay, the music on the beach and are so happy to recommend the bungalows to others. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and the beach.

The Ocho is fabulous, it's difficult to put into words how absolutely perfect it is. The coolest bungalows, incredibly welcoming  staff, Prisilla could not have been kinder and her customer service went above and beyond. The food is delicious, the property is gorgeous, and the wild life never fails to amaze. If I could stay forever, I would.
